I am extremely impressed with the customer service at Miller's Shoes - James Street. There is always someone knowledgeable to help you through your shoe shopping experience. I had a unique issue with a pair of boots I purchased here four months ago and Miller's took care of the exchange without any issue. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, thank you to the wonderful staff at Miller's Shoes for making my experience as smooth as possible. I will be back!

I've recently had back surgery. I'm still in a lot of pain. They held the shoes aside for me. After I paid they put them on the stretcher so I dont have to go through it. Kind and empathetic ....just a great experience.

I have massive, wide feet and have been meaning to try this place out for a while. Checked it out early on a Saturday morning and was immediately helped by Noelle and the rest of the staff (who were all fantastic). They have tons of hard-to-find sizes. I ended up getting runners, casual work shoes, and even some fantastic dress shoes. Highly recommend this to anyone who has trouble finding correct sizes.

Lovely store, employees are always very helpful and patient in finding the perfect shoes for me. High-quality shoes are definitely a costly investment, but everything I've gotten here has been worth the price

Miller's Shoes has sizes for narrow feet and boots with calf sizes to fit everyone. I love that old fashioned kind of service too. The James North location has more sizes, so check there first if you need a specialty width.

Great specialty shoe store, parking seems problematic as it's right on James st, but the store does have it's own customer parking, I would call ahead and find out where it is as it's not terribly apparent. I was taken care of directly by the owner who was e»cellent and knowledgeable, was great to go into a store. That treats you like a customer instead of another big box store. I would say do yourself a favour, pay the extra for higher quality. And get the proper service of someone who knows how to deal with people and has expertise on difficult feet. Can't recommend highly enough.

I made the drive to Miller Shoes after months of struggling to find shoes and it was well worth the trip! The store has an excellent selection, with the largest range of sizes and widths in Canada (sizes 3–14 and widths 4A–4E). If you have difficult-to-fit feet, there are far more options available than at a typical shoe store. I was assisted by Dave, whose knowledge and experience were exceptional. He spent a great deal of time helping me and made thoughtful recommendations based on my specific needs. He was patient, attentive, and clearly understands both footwear and foot mechanics. After trying many Munro styles, I found a pair that accommodated my narrow feet and orthotics. Given my previous struggles, that was a significant success. Dave went above and beyond by modifying one of my existing pairs of shoes, transforming them from unwearable to something I can comfortably walk in. The staff were courteous, the store was well-organized, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Miller Shoes, especially for anyone with challenging fitting needs. Thank you, Dave!
